If your sunglasses don’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and structured returns and exchanges process designed to be fair, fast, and hassle free. Return & Exchange Window

Our return and exchange window allows sufficient time to inspect your product after delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The return window starts from the date of successful delivery, not the order date
  • Requests submitted after the return period may not be eligible for approval

We recommend checking your sunglasses immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product

If your sunglasses arrive with visible damage, broken parts, or functional defects, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video evidence.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect model, color, or variant, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Manufacturing Defect

Any issue related to materials, lenses, frames, or assembly defects qualifies for a return or exchange, subject to inspection.

Order Mismatch

If the delivered product does not match your confirmed order details, you are eligible for resolution through replacement or refund.

All requests are reviewed to ensure eligibility and authenticity.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are not eligible:

  • Sunglasses that have been used, worn outdoors, or altered
  • Products showing scratches, impact damage, or signs of misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging, case, cloth, or tags
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or final-discount events
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or gift cards

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to help you find the perfect fit and style.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of approval
  • Only one exchange request per order is permitted
  • Exchanges must be requested within the original return window
  • If the selected replacement has a higher value, the price difference must be paid

Once an exchange is processed, the original product becomes ineligible for further return or exchange.

Return Pickup & Shipping

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products
  • For approved defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a free return pickup
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Quality inspection typically takes 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping fees, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable
